Wood Group will sell its North American Transmission and Distribution business to Qualus for a price of $110 million.

On August 29th, multinational engineering and consulting company Wood Group announced that it has agreed to sell its North American power distribution engineering business to Qualus company for a cash consideration of $110 million. The company stated that the transaction is expected to be completed in the third or fourth quarter of this year.
