On August 29th, according to the disclosure from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, Shenzhen Feixiang Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Feixiang Technology") submitted an application for listing to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with Guosen Securities (Hong Kong) as the exclusive sponsor. The prospectus shows that Feixiang Technology is a China-based fabless semiconductor company focusing on the design, R&D, and sales of RF front-end chips for downstream applications including mobile smart devices, Wi-Fi products, smart homes, IoT, in-car communication, and satellite communication.
