On August 29th, Chery Automobile updated its prospectus on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The International Cooperation Department of the China Securities Regulatory Commission recently issued a notice regarding the overseas issuance and listing of Chery Automobile Co., Ltd. and the "full circulation" of domestically unlisted shares. The company plans to issue no more than 698,922,800 shares of overseas-listed common stock and list on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Eighteen shareholders of the company plan to convert a total of 2,015,999,074 domestically unlisted shares into overseas-listed shares and list them for circulation on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
