Chery Automobile updates its Hong Kong Stock Exchange prospectus.

On August 29th, Chery Automobile updated its prospectus for listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The China Securities Regulatory Commission's International Cooperation Department recently issued a notice regarding Chery Automobile Co., Ltd.'s overseas listing and the "full circulation" of domestically unlisted shares. The company plans to issue no more than 698,922,800 overseas listed ordinary shares and list them on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. 18 shareholders of the company intend to convert a total of 2,015,999,074 domestically unlisted shares into overseas listed shares and have them traded on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
