Kingboard Holdings Limited (02228.HK) plans to issue rights shares at a price of HK$9.28 per share, raising up to approximately HK$2.63 billion in net proceeds.

The Zhongtong Finance and Economics News app reported that Vcanland Holdings (02228.HK) announced on August 29, 2025 (before the trading session) that the company had entered into a placement agreement with placement agents, intending to sell approximately 286 million shares at a price of HK$9.28 per share.
