International oil prices rose slightly on the 28th.

As of the close of the day, the price of light crude oil futures for October delivery on the New York Mercantile Exchange rose by 45 cents to settle at $64.60 per barrel, an increase of 0.70%; while the price of Brent crude oil futures for October delivery in London rose by 57 cents to settle at $68.62 per barrel, an increase of 0.84%.
