Air China (00753.HK) plans to increase its investment in Shenzhen Airlines while keeping its ownership stake at 51%.

China National Aviation Corporation (00753.HK) announced that Shenzhen Airlines, a non wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, is jointly owned by the company and Shenzhen International Full Logistics Co., Ltd. (Shenzhen International Logistics) with 51% and 49% equity respectively. Shenzhen Airlines is mainly engaged in domestic scheduled and non-scheduled air passenger, freight, mail, and baggage transportation services.
