On August 28, 2025, the company received a letter from the Listing Committee, informing that after considering all statements (written and oral) submitted by the company and the Listing Department, the Listing Committee decided to uphold the Listing Department's decision to suspend trading of the company's shares in accordance with Listing Rule 6.01(3). The Listing Committee believes that the company has failed to maintain a sufficient level of operations as required by Listing Rule 13.24 to ensure that its shares can continue to be listed.
