Failed to get a hearing before the deadline! Chery Automobile's Hong Kong IPO prospectus is expired.

According to information from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange website, Chery Automobile Co., Ltd. submitted its listing prospectus to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on February 28th of this year, which has now been over 6 months without any news of a hearing. Currently, the Hong Kong Stock Exchange website no longer displays their prospectus and other documents. In response to this, Huang Lichong, President of Huisong International Capital, stated that when a filing with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange has been pending for over 6 months without a hearing and the application documents are no longer displayed on the website, it usually means the application has lapsed. When reporters reached out to Chery Automobile for confirmation, they stated they were unable to respond at the moment. However, sources close to Chery Automobile have indicated that the listing process is proceeding as usual.
