China Jinshisheng (01380.HK) plans to offer a discount of around 1.11% for the issuance of 11.236 million subscribed shares, raising a net amount of approximately 1.9 million Hong Kong dollars.

China Jinshi (01380.HK) announced on the Smart Finance app that on August 28, 2025 (after trading hours), the company entered into another subscription agreement with subscriber Liu Desheng. According to this agreement, the company conditionally agreed to issue and distribute, and the subscriber conditionally agreed to subscribe for 11.236 million shares of subscription shares at a subscription price of HK$0.178 per share, for a total consideration of HK$2 million.
