Heimao Corporation: Wholly-owned subsidiary Jining Heimao Carbon Black intends to invest 38.26 million yuan to build a raw material gas matching transformation project.

Black Cat Inc. announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Jining Black Cat Carbon Black Co., Ltd., plans to invest in a new raw material gas supporting transformation project with a total investment of 38.26 million yuan. The project is located in Jining New Material Industrial Park, Jinxiang County, Jining City, Shandong Province, and includes the construction of a continuous raw material gas supporting production line with a processing capacity of 25,000 tons per year, as well as the construction of a new intelligent warehouse. This investment aims to strengthen the advantages of the production base, reduce the production cost of carbon black, enhance the comprehensive utilization efficiency, and promote the development of the circular economy. The project funds will be self-raised, in the form of monetary contributions.
