The Bay Area Development (00737.HK) has obtained approval for the registration of Renminbi corporate bonds issued in mainland China.

Zhixin Finance APP News, Shenzhen Expressway Co., Ltd. (00548.HK) and Bay Area Development (00737.HK) jointly announced that the China Securities Regulatory Commission has recently approved Bay Area Development's application to publicly issue corporate bonds (Panda Bonds) in the mainland of China to professional investors with a total face value not exceeding RMB 2 billion. From the date of approval by the China Securities Regulatory Commission, Bay Area Development is allowed to issue Panda Bonds in stages within a validity period of 24 months.
