New Notice: Shareholders Hu Xin, Yao Guoxing, and Xu Fang plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 705,000 shares, 367,000 shares, and 291,000 shares, respectively, through centralized bidding or block trading between September 19, 2025, and December 19, 2025, with a total of no more than 1,363,000 shares, accounting for 0.9986% of the total share capital of the company. The reduction price will be determined based on the market price at the time of implementation.
