Tianyancha business information shows that recently, Wei Zhixuan Automobile Service Co., Ltd. and Great Wall Zhixuan Automobile Sales Service Co., Ltd. were established, with Tan Jian as the legal representative. The registered capital of both companies is 5 million RMB, and their business scope includes technical services, technical development, technical consultation, technical exchange, technology transfer, and technology promotion. Shareholder information shows that the above two companies are wholly owned by Great Wall Zhixuan Information Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Great Wall Motors.
