PRUI Ophthalmology announces that the company held the 32nd meeting of the third board of directors on August 27, 2025, and approved the proposal "Regarding the use of part of the over-raised funds to establish the Chengdu Jinjiang PRUI Ophthalmology Hospital project." The company agreed to use RMB 22.82 million of the over-raised funds from the initial public offering of shares to establish the Chengdu Jinjiang PRUI Ophthalmology Hospital project. The total investment of the project is 52.8668 million yuan, and it is planned to use 22.82 million yuan of over-raised funds for investment. The project will be implemented by Chengdu Jinjiang PRUI Ophthalmology Hospital Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, located at Building 1, Zhongguang Zhimei City, Jinjiang District, Chengdu. The project construction period is expected to be 11 months, and it is estimated that the investment cost will be recovered in the eighth year.
