On August 28th, Zhumie Technology officially announced its entry into the car manufacturing industry. The first ultra-luxury all-electric product will compete with Bugatti Veyron and is planned to debut in 2027. According to media reports, the car manufacturing entity "Star Plan Automobile Technology Co., Ltd." was established in January of this year. The company was founded in January 2025 with a registered capital of 1 billion yuan, with Zhang Zhongguo as the legal representative. Its business scope includes car sales, sales of new energy vehicle production testing equipment, and research and development of intelligent robots. It is fully owned by Star Plan Automobile Co., Ltd. According to enterprise data app, Zhumie Technology founder Yu Hao actually controls 80% of Star Plan's equity through a multi-level shareholding structure. Star Plan Automobile Technology Co., Ltd. has applied for multiple patents related to cars this year, including "Vehicle and Its Control Method" and "Vehicle Electric Horn Control Method, System, Device, Equipment, Medium, and Product."
