Upgrade governance of Douyin e-commerce to crack down on illegal shipments, and remove more than 1000 illegal merchants.

On August 28, Douyin's E-commerce Safety and Trust Center announced several typical cases of "low price, no delivery" and "fraudulent delivery". The announcement showed that recently, the platform has detected some bad merchants and influencers engaged in fraud through tactics such as "low price, no delivery" and "fraudulent delivery". These behaviors seriously harm the rights of consumers and disrupt market fairness. In response, the platform has launched a special governance initiative, with over 1000 non-compliant merchants and over 200 non-compliant influencers already removed.
