The QCC APP shows that recently, Zhongheng Ruian Asset Management Co., Ltd. was established, with He Mingwei as the legal representative. Its business scope includes asset management services for self-owned funds, investment activities with self-owned funds, and leasing of construction machinery and equipment. According to QCC's equity penetration display, the company is wholly owned by Liugong.
