Nanyang issued new housing policies to promote the healthy development of the real estate market in the central urban areas.

Recently, the Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau of Nanyang City and 6 other departments jointly issued a "Notice on Several Measures to Continuously Promote the Stable and Healthy Development of the Real Estate Market in the Central Urban Area", to support both rigid and improvement housing demand, boost market confidence, and further promote the stable and healthy development of the real estate market in the central urban area. These measures will be implemented from August 13 and will be valid until December 31, 2026. The notice includes a total of 20 measures, such as reducing the housing costs for homebuyers, protecting the rights and interests of homebuyers and ensuring that they enjoy the same treatment as urban residents, assisting real estate companies in overcoming difficulties, improving the comfort of residential housing, supporting financing for projects on the white list, and scientifically managing the supply of land and housing.
