EDA Group Holdings partners with UTCPAY to disclose stablecoin payment solution

On the morning of August 28th, EDA Group Holdings announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that the group had reached a partnership agreement with UTCPAY Limited on August 27, 2025 to cooperate. The two parties will deepen their cooperation in the areas of digital asset trading, Web3 technology, and blockchain applications. UTCPAY has agreed to provide the group with access rights to its digital asset payment solution technology, but will not be involved in the group's client fund settlement business. The group agrees to use UTCPAY's technology to help its clients complete digital asset transactions, and to fully control the fund settlement service needs of group clients using UTCPAY's digital asset payment solution technology.
