On August 27, Midea Real Estate released its 2025 mid-term performance announcement. The company declared its first mid-term dividend of 0.15 Hong Kong dollars per share, with a total accumulated dividend of approximately 7.61 Hong Kong dollars per share. The cash alternative under the physical distribution is 5.90 Hong Kong dollars per share, totaling 13.51 Hong Kong dollars per share, continuously safeguarding the interests of shareholders. Since its listing in 2018, Midea Real Estate has adhered to a value-sharing principle and has maintained a competitive dividend policy within the industry for seven years.
