Shenzhen Energy announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Shenneng North Energy Holdings Co., Ltd.'s wholly-owned subsidiary Shenneng New Energy Development Co., Ltd. plans to invest in the construction of a 650,000-kilowatt wind power project in Zhuolu County, Shenneng. The total investment of the project is 4.958 billion yuan, of which 992 million yuan will be self-funded, and the remaining investment will be resolved through financing. The company plans to increase its capital by 500 million yuan to Northern Holdings and Northern Holdings plans to increase its capital by 990 million yuan to Zhuolu Energy. This investment is in line with the company's development strategy, conducive to expanding the company's influence in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, and will help optimize the energy structure in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.
