Anhui Province: Strive for an annual average growth of about 6% in the province's technical renovation investment from 2026 to 2027.

The General Office of the People's Government of Anhui Province recently issued the "Action Plan for Promoting the High-end, Intelligent, and Green Development of Manufacturing Industry in Anhui Province through New Technology Transformation". It mentions that from 2026 to 2027, it strives for an annual average growth of about 6% in investment in technology transformation across the province; by the end of 2027, it aims to cultivate more than 2,000 various types of smart factories and around 400 national green factories, with the popularization rates of digital R&D design tools for large-scale industrial enterprises and the rate of NC transformation of key processes exceeding 90% and 75% respectively, and the construction of 30 or more advanced manufacturing industry clusters at provincial level or higher.
