Among them, Oriental Capital, as a general partner, has a subscribed capital of 150 million yuan, accounting for 30.00% of the capital; Lotus Holdings, as a limited partner, has a subscribed capital of 350 million yuan, accounting for 70.00% of the capital. In addition, both parties have made adjustments to the main terms of the original agreement, including management fees, fund profit distribution, and investment decision-making mechanisms. After the investment is completed, the industry fund will be included in the company's consolidated financial statements.
