Fukushi Holdings announced that its operating income in the first half of 2025 was 608 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 16.28%. It reported a net loss of 51.8426 million yuan, compared to a net profit of 4.1663 million yuan in the same period last year. The company plans not to distribute cash dividends, bonus shares, or increase share capital through the capital reserve.
