Tongda Electric: Net profit in the first half of 2025 increased by 122.80% year-on-year

Tongda Electric announced that its operating income in the first half of 2025 was 421 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 68.73%. Net profit was 31.7331 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 122.80%. The company plans to distribute cash dividends of 0.50 yuan per 10 shares to all shareholders based on the total share capital registered on the record date for equity distribution. The total cash dividend to be distributed is 17.5826 million yuan, accounting for 55.41% of the net profit attributable to the parent company shareholders in the consolidated financial statements for the first half of 2025.
