The National Health Commission and China Disabled Persons' Federation jointly issued the "Opinions on the Construction of Disability-Friendly Medical Institutions", proposing to promote the concept of disability-friendly medical services through the construction of disability-friendly medical institutions, and to guide comprehensive hospitals, specialized hospitals, rehabilitation hospitals, nursing homes, and grassroots medical institutions to improve accessible environments and various institutional measures, optimize the medical treatment process for disabled persons, implement convenient medical treatment measures for disabled persons, provide reasonable medical convenience, and effectively improve the medical experience of disabled persons.
