Midea Group: Ande Zhi Lian submits listing application to Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

Midea Group Announcement: Subsidiary Anda ZhiLian Supply Chain Technology Co., Ltd. submitted an application for listing on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on August 27, 2025 through its joint sponsors. The initial public offering size of Anda ZhiLian H shares will not exceed 20% of its enlarged total share capital after the issuance, and the underwriters must be granted up to 15% of the excess rights issue of Anda ZhiLian H shares. The planned spin-off and listing is subject to approval or registration from the China Securities Regulatory Commission, the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, and other relevant regulatory agencies.
