The General Office of the People's Government of Shanghai Municipality issued the implementation opinions on accelerating the transformation of urban villages in the city. The opinions mentioned that through methods such as overall project transformation, implementing key point planning, and renovation and upgrading, various measures will be taken to demolish and rebuild, combine demolition and renovation, or renovate and upgrade urban villages.
