The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology recently issued the "Guiding Opinions on Optimizing Business Access to Promote the Development of Satellite Communication Industry". The opinions propose guiding enterprises to actively participate in the revision of international rules for satellite radio frequency, and to carry out the declaration, coordination, and registration of frequency orbit resources. By innovating the management of satellite radio frequency orbit resources based on the characteristics of low-orbit constellations, bulk issuance of space radio station licenses and radio frequency usage permits will be supported to facilitate the efficient construction and rapid development of low-orbit constellations in China.
