Ministry of Industry and Information Technology: Issuing licenses for space radio stations and radio frequency permits in bulk to support the efficient construction and rapid development of low-orbit constellations in China.

The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology recently issued the "Guiding Opinions on Optimizing Business Access to Promote the Development of the Satellite Communication Industry". The opinions propose that guiding enterprises actively participate in the revision of international rules for satellite radio frequency, and carry out frequency orbit resource declaration coordination and registration work. Combining the characteristics of low-orbit constellations, innovative satellite radio frequency orbit resource management methods are proposed, batch issuance of space radio station licenses and radio frequency usage permits, to support the efficient construction and rapid development of low-orbit constellations in China.
