The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued the "Guiding Opinions on Optimizing Business Access to Promote the Development of Satellite Communication Industry", organizing commercial trials of satellite Internet of Things, supporting eligible enterprises to provide wide-area Internet of Things connection services in areas where ground networks cannot cover, relying on low-orbit satellite Internet of Things constellation for sky, ocean, remote areas, etc. Research and establish new satellite communication businesses, further expanding access to private enterprises. Encourage private enterprises to lawfully and rationally utilize various high and low orbit satellite resources, rejuvenate existing satellite resources, enrich business categories, and promote the prosperity of the satellite communication market through leasing satellite resources, providing value-added services, distribution agent business, and various commercial cooperation methods.
