Standard & Poor's: Confers a "BBB+" long-term issuance rating on Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation (O39.SG) T2 subordinated notes.

On August 27, Standard & Poor's awarded Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited (referred to as "OCBC" O39.SG) a "BBB+" long-term issue rating for the Tier 2 subordinated notes due in 2035. The aforementioned $1 billion notes are part of the bank's $30 billion global medium-term note program.
