According to the Tianyancha App, a patent titled "System-Level Chip, Temperature Control Circuit, and Device" applied by BYD Company Limited has been published recently. The abstract shows that the system-level chip includes: multiple processor circuits, at least one of which includes at least one temperature sensor circuit and at least one temperature adjustment circuit; at least one temperature control circuit, which is respectively electrically connected to at least one of the temperature adjustment circuits and at least one of the temperature sensor circuits. The temperature control circuit is used to obtain temperature data from the temperature sensor circuit and output execution instructions based on the temperature data. The temperature adjustment circuit is used to change the temperature of the processor circuit based on the execution instructions. The temperature control circuit can read and process temperature data, and generate and output corresponding execution instructions based on this data. This makes the temperature adjustment and control of the system-level chip more sensitive. Furthermore, the entire process does not require CPU resources, and will not affect or reduce the efficiency of CPU usage.
