Fuwei signed a ten-year lease agreement with Taikoo Real Estate, making it the largest office leasing transaction in Hong Kong this year.

According to the company's statement, Four Seasons Hong Kong has signed a ten-year lease with Swire Properties to expand its office space in Taikoo Place. Four Seasons will consolidate its office space in Hong Kong, leasing an area of 330,000 square feet, becoming the largest single office tenant in Taikoo Place. The Dehong Building in Taikoo Place will be renamed "Four Seasons Building" starting from January 1st next year, and will serve as Four Seasons Hong Kong's headquarters. The lease includes both new leases and renewals, covering 12 floors of the building. This is the largest office leasing deal in Hong Kong so far this year.
