Ministry of Commerce: Will optimize the service export zero tax rate declaration process to improve the efficiency of export tax refund declaration.

On August 27, Kong Dejun, director of the Department of Trade in Services in the Ministry of Commerce, pointed out at a press conference of the State Council Information Office that the Ministry of Commerce, in conjunction with relevant departments, has jointly formulated several policy measures to promote service exports. The relevant documents will be publicly issued in the near future. In terms of financial and tax policies, it will make good use of the existing central and local funding channels, increase support for key areas and projects of service exports, enhance the leverage of the Service Trade Innovation Development Guidance Fund, drive more social capital investment in service trade and digital trade fields, optimize the declaration procedures for zero-rated service exports, and improve the efficiency of export tax refund declaration.
