Guo Mingchi: Meta AI Glasses Hypernova will be mass-produced in the third quarter of this year and will be priced at around $800.

According to analyst Ming-Chi Kuo's latest forecast, Meta is expected to begin mass production of the AI glasses Hypernova in the third quarter of 2025, with a product lifecycle of two years and an estimated shipment of 150,000 to 200,000 units in the next two years. Kuo stated that AI will be the most important selling point of Hypernova. Currently, the integration of AI and AR applications is still in the early stages of exploration, coupled with its high price of around $800, which may be the main reason why Meta is conservative about the shipment volume of Hypernova.
