Guiyang Yunyan Fumin Village Commercial Bank has been approved to merge with four other village commercial banks.

According to information from the Guizhou Financial Regulatory Bureau, the bureau has approved the Guizhou Yunyan Fumin Rural Bank to absorb and merge with the Guizhou Guanshanhu Fumin Rural Bank, the Guizhou Wudang Fumin Rural Bank, the Guizhou Nanming Fumin Rural Bank, and the Kaiyang Fumin Rural Bank. At the same time, the Guizhou Yunyan Fumin Rural Bank has been approved to change its name to Guizhou Fumin Rural Bank.
