One subsidiary of China Pingmei Shenma Group has begun IPO counseling.

According to the official website of the China Securities Regulatory Commission, Henan Pingmei Gas Saltification Co., Ltd. submitted registration for guidance counseling with the Henan Securities Regulatory Bureau on August 26, 2025, intending to make initial public offering of shares and be listed on the stock market. The counseling securities firm is Ping An Securities.
