Bao Cheng (02378) announces its interim financial results, adjusted net profit after tax increased by 7% to USD 1.366 billion.

The new business profit based on the traditional intrinsic value benchmark has increased by 12% to $1.26 billion. Adjusted pre-tax operating profit has increased by 6% to $1.644 billion, and adjusted post-tax operating profit has increased by 7% to $1.366 billion. The earnings per share based on adjusted operating profit is 49.3 cents, an increase of 12%.
