Broco (00325.HK) intends to repurchase company shares.

Zhixin Finance APP News, Brucel (00325.HK) announced that the board of directors plans to repurchase the company's shares in the open market from the date of this announcement until December 31, 2025. The company will provide funding for the share repurchase plan from existing available cash reserves and free cash flow (for the avoidance of doubt, the aforementioned funds do not include funds from the company's global offering of shares). The repurchased shares will be used for subsequent employee stock incentives.
