Tianhai Defense announced that the company intends to jointly establish the Jiujiang Green Smart Ship Port and Maritime Industry Fund with Shanghai Yingchang Private Equity Fund Management Co., Ltd., Guangdong Min Tianhai Venture Investment Co., Ltd., Ruichang City Chiwu Industry Holding Group Co., Ltd. or its designated affiliates, and Zhoushan Yiqiao Asset Management Co., Ltd. or its designated affiliates. The registered capital of the partnership enterprise is 100 million yuan, with the company intending to contribute 9 million yuan, accounting for 9% of the total investment. This investment aims to effectively integrate capital market resources, carry out strategic layout, and promote the development and upgrade of the main business.
