Zhixin Finance and Economics APP News, Sunrise Holdings (00990.HK) announced that on August 26, 2025, the company (buyer) signed a purchase agreement with the seller (Chu Jiang Group and Inner Mongolia Guanhui) and Anhui Chu Jiang Hengchuang Enterprise Management Consulting Co., Ltd. (target company). Accordingly, the buyer has conditionally agreed to purchase a total of 60% equity of the target company from the seller at a total price of 900 million yuan.
