After research and decision by the Party Committee of Shougang Group, Comrade Mao Zhanhong was appointed as a member and secretary of the Party Committee of Shougang Group, and recommended as a candidate for the board of directors and chairman of Shougang Group. Comrade Jie Qi no longer serves as the secretary and member of the Party Committee of Shougang Group, and is no longer recommended as the chairman or director of Shougang Group.
