The founder and CEO of Pursuit Technology, Yu Hao, released a company-wide letter, stating that Pursuit Technology has already distributed millions of yuan in additional incentives this year. He hopes to establish a competitive "reward and incentive" mechanism within the company, providing extra bonus support for innovation and breakthroughs on top of salaries and basic bonuses, with rewards ranging from tens of thousands to millions of yuan. It is understood that in June, Pursuit Technology distributed over 22 million yuan in extra bonuses to outstanding teams and individuals, with potentially nearly 40 million yuan in July. In the past three months, at least 3 teams have received million-yuan bonuses, and multiple employees have received six-figure bonuses.
