China Innovation Aviation (03931.HK) domestically unlisted shares "fully circulated" obtained approval from China Securities Regulatory Commission.

According to the Wise Wealth APP, on August 26th, the International Cooperation Department of the China Securities Regulatory Commission issued a "Notice of Filing for Full Circulation of Unlisted Shares in China Innovation Aviation Technology Group Co., Ltd.". Thirteen shareholders of China Innovation Aviation (03931.HK) plan to convert a total of 149,831,290 shares of unlisted domestic shares into overseas listed shares, and list them for trading on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
