Zhixin Financial APP News, China Cosco Shipping Corporation (02866) announced that on August 26, 2025 (after trading hours), Orient Fortune and charterer ORYX LNG NO. 10 SHIPPING CORPORATION entered into a memorandum of agreement and a bareboat charter contract. Under this agreement, Orient Fortune has agreed to (i) purchase 1 leased vessel from the charterer for approximately RMB 2.579 billion; and (ii) immediately after delivery, lease the vessel back to the charterer for an estimated total lease payment of approximately RMB 3.182 billion.
