The total transaction volume of existing property transactions was RMB 1.1638 trillion, an increase of 13.7% compared to RMB 1.0238 trillion in the same period in 2024. The total transaction volume of new property transactions was RMB 487.6 billion, an increase of 26.0% compared to RMB 387.1 billion in the same period in 2024. Net income was RMB 49.3 billion, an increase of 24.1% compared to RMB 39.7 billion in the same period in 2024. Net profit was RMB 2.162 billion, compared to RMB 2.333 billion in the same period in 2024.
