The Board of Directors of the Company is pleased to report that Bank of China Aviation Finance Leasing Limited (Bank of China Aviation), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has reached insurance and settlement agreements with various parties regarding the detained Russian aircraft. Bank of China Aviation has received a total of approximately 140 million US dollars in insurance and settlement payments as of the end of the current year. The receipt of insurance and settlement funds has been in full compliance with all applicable laws, sanctions regulations, and rules.
