State Council issues "Opinions on Deepening the Implementation of the 'Artificial Intelligence+' Action"

The "Opinion" proposes to accelerate the implementation of 6 key actions. First, "Artificial Intelligence +" science and technology, accelerate the process of scientific discovery, drive innovation and efficiency improvement in technology research and development models, and innovate research methods in philosophy and social sciences. Second, "Artificial Intelligence +" industrial development, cultivate new intelligent native models and formats, promote the intelligent development of all factors in industry, accelerate the transformation and upgrading of smart agriculture, and innovate new models of service industry development. Third, "Artificial Intelligence +" consumer upgrading, expand new scenarios for service consumption, and cultivate new formats of product consumption. Fourth, "Artificial Intelligence +" people's livelihood and welfare, create more intelligent work methods, implement more effective learning methods, and create a better quality of life. Fifth, "Artificial Intelligence +" governance capability, create a new vision of human-machine coexistence in social governance, create a new pattern of safe governance and co-governance, and jointly create a new ecological governance picture of beautiful China. Sixth, "Artificial Intelligence +" global cooperation, promote the inclusive sharing of artificial intelligence, and build a global governance system for artificial intelligence.
